In compliance with the State of California Governor’s Executive orders N-25-20 and N-29-20, Corcoran Irrigation District’s Board meeting will be via TELECONFERENCE “ONLY”. To ensure public safety and to maintain transparency, members of the public can participate remotely by using call-in number (559) 992-5165. During the meeting if you would like to make a comment or ask a specific question, please send a text to Gene Kilgore at (559) 906-1402. Also, before the meeting all public comments can be submitted by email to [email protected] no later than May 10, 2021. All items on this agenda, whether or not expressly listed for action, may be deliberated upon and may be subject to action by the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors may consider agenda items in any order. Materials related to an item on this agenda submitted to the Board of Directors after distribution of the agenda packet are available for public inspection at the District’s office, 1150 6 ½ Avenue, Corcoran, California, during normal business hours.
1. Public Comment
The public may address the Board of Directors on any item relevant to the District. To comment on an agenda item speakers should stand when the agenda item is announced. The conducting officer will indicate whether speakers are to make their comments before or after any staff comment or report. Public comment shall precede discussion of the item by the Board of Directors. Comments by individuals and entities will be limited to five minutes or as may be reasonable as determined by the conducting officer.
