All items on this agenda, whether or not expressly listed for action, may be deliberated upon and may be subject to action by the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors may consider agenda items in any order. Materials related to an item on this agenda submitted to the Board of Directors after distribution of the agenda packet are available for public inspection at the District’s office, 1150 6 ½ Avenue, Corcoran, California, during normal business hours.
1. Public Comment
The public may address the Board of Directors on any item relevant to the Tax Assessment. To comment on an agenda item speakers should stand when the agenda item is announced. The conducting officer will indicate whether speakers are to make their comments before or after any staff comment or report. Public comment shall precede discussion of the item by the Board of Directors. Comments by individuals and entities will be limited to five minutes or as may be reasonable as determined by the conducting officer.

A person with a qualifying disability under the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 may request the District to provide a disability-related modification or accommodation in order to
participate in any public meeting of the District. Such assistance includes appropriate alternative formats for the agendas and agenda packets used for any public meetings of the District. Requests for such assistance and for agendas and agenda packets shall be made in person, by telephone, facsimile, or written correspondence to Misty Vasquez, at the office of Corcoran Irrigation District, at least 48 hours before a public District meeting.
Resolution #2021-6, Fixing Tax Rate for Year 2021-2022
WHEREAS, the Assessment Book of Corcoran Irrigation District for the year 2021-2022 has been examined by the Board of Equalization of the District and the assessed values and therein entered were found by said Board of Equalization of the District to be just and proper, and;
WHEREAS, no objections have been made to any assessed values;
NOW THERFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Equalization does herby consider as equalized values in said book as identical with said values.
